- Firearms and their components, due to safety, legal, and special regulatory requirements.
- Products customized or made to order.
- Products that have been removed from their packaging or used.
General conditions for returns
- The product must be unused, preserved in its original condition, and in complete packaging.
- Returns must be made at our store no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.
- A proof of purchase document must be provided for the return.

Refund Conditions
